Support Centre

Strategic Imperatives provide a Support Centre where useful documentation is hosted, frequently asked questions are answered and a trouble ticketing system for the Portal is available.

This Support Centre is accessed separately to the Portal, the web address is:

http://imperatives.helpserve.com/index.php

Access is via a username and password, which have to be requested prior to using the Support Centre - this can be done from the log in page, see below (the registration link is highlighted in the red box):

When registering you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address, which becomes your username and a password. The registration request is forwarded to Strategic Imperatives, who approve requests for access. An e-mail is sent to the registered e-mail address when approval has been granted to confirm access is now available.
