Strategic Imperatives provide a Support Centre where useful documentation is hosted, frequently asked questions are answered and a trouble ticketing system for the Portal is available. This Support Centre is accessed separately to the Portal, the web address is: http://imperatives.helpserve.com/index.php Access is via a username and password, which have to be requested prior to using the Support Centre - this can be done from the log in page, see below (the registration link is highlighted in the red box):

When registering you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address, which becomes your username and a password. The registration request is forwarded to Strategic Imperatives, who approve requests for access. An e-mail is sent to the registered e-mail address when approval has been granted to confirm access is now available. When logged in the support home page is displayed, from which all the support options are available, see below:
