Trouble Report Status Updates

As Openreach progress with fixing a fault that has been reported the Trouble Report submitted via the Portal will move through several statuses. The current status of a Trouble Report is available via the Portal by going to the Faults page. On the Faults page there is a list of the most recent, open Trouble Reports, see below:

 

 

To view all open Trouble Reports click on the "Show all" link - all open and recently closed Trouble Reports are shown on this screen, see below:

 

 

An individual Trouble Report can be opened from here by clicking on the status of the relevant item, the full details are the displayed on screen, including a pictorial representation of the current status and it's position in the overall flow from start to finish:

 

 

The list of previous statuses and time/date stamps for them are listed at the bottom of the screen.
