Amend Excess Construction Charge Band for an Order

To amend the Excess Construction Charge band for an order click on the relevant shortcut, a screen is shown which has a dropdown box containing the different bandings for the order, from which the new band can be selected, see below:

There is also a drop down box to select the reason for the amendment.
